About the event
This workshop is designed for Community Service Boards and behavioral health professionals working in high stress, high demand environments. Using the Community Resiliency Model, participants learn practical, evidence informed skills to support regulation, reduce burnout, and strengthen both individual and team resilience.
Rather than focusing on clinical intervention, CRM offers a shared language and set of skills that can be used across roles, disciplines, and settings. Participants explore how chronic stress and secondary trauma impact the nervous system and how simple, body based practices can help staff return to a more grounded and effective state during the workday.
The training emphasizes self regulation, co regulation, and team based resilience. Skills are framed in ways that support client care without adding to staff workload. This makes CRM especially useful for crisis response teams, case managers, peer support specialists, clinicians, and administrators alike.
This workshop supports organizations looking to move beyond awareness…
