This is the first step before any ongoing support sessions. The Connection and Care Intake is a dedicated one on one conversation focused on getting to know you as a whole person, not just what brought you here today. We take time to understand what is going on in your life right now, what you have been carrying, and what support looks like for you. This includes exploring your background, relationships, family dynamics, social supports, stressors, strengths, and past experiences that matter to your current situation. This is not a test, evaluation, or diagnosis. It is a space to slow down, be heard, and build trust. Together, we clarify your goals, identify immediate needs, and decide what type of ongoing support makes the most sense moving forward. This session helps ensure that future support sessions are grounded, personalized, and aligned with what you actually need. Best for: first time clients, individuals unsure where to start, and anyone wanting a thoughtful entry point into support.
